Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at the Kohuwala showroom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, an eye for interior aesthetics, and experience in marketing through both traditional and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing expert product advice and support.

Achieve individual and team sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to promote products and campaigns.

Manage and grow existing marketing channels while identifying and exploring new marketing opportunities.

Coordinate with the design and operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery.

Maintain showroom standards, manage inventory updates, and support promotional displays.

Assist with occasional outdoor marketing events, exhibitions, or corporate visits.

Requirements:

Female

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales or marketing role, preferably in furniture or interior-related industries.

Fluency in English and Sinhala.

Minimum educational qualification: GCE A/L.

Knowledge of interior design concepts will be a strong advantage.

CIM, SLIM, or related marketing qualifications would be a advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in social media content creation and basic digital marketing.
