Department: Analytics & Reporting | Location: Colombo
Reports To: Data Analytics Manager | Employment Type: Full-Time (Day Shift or Hybrid)

The Data Analyzing Agent is responsible for collecting, processing, and interpreting large volumes of data related to user activity, platform performance, sales outcomes, and risk trends. This role plays a key part in driving business decisions through accurate and timely analytical insights.

Key Responsibilities:
-Compile and analyze customer usage data, sales metrics, and risk indicators
-Generate performance dashboards, client reports, and trend summaries
-Identify anomalies, irregularities, or patterns that impact operations or compliance
-Support marketing, risk, and operations teams with actionable data insights
-Maintain clean and reliable datasets and update analytical tools regularly
-Collaborate on cross-departmental projects requiring data-driven solutions

Person Specification:
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
-Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics, reporting, or related BPO roles
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, charts, and formulas)
-Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau preferred
-Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and discretion
-Effective communicator with report-writing and presentation skills
