Job Description

The Call Center Sales Agent (Hindi Speaking) is responsible for outbound sales to Hindi-speaking clients across international markets. The role focuses on promoting online trading and gaming platforms, converting leads into registered users, and meeting set performance targets through proactive engagement and persuasive communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers in Hindi-speaking regions
Promote platform features, offers, and benefits
Convert prospects into active users through persuasive techniques
Record call outcomes, update CRM systems, and follow up as required
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
Collaborate with team leads to improve sales conversion strategies
Person Specification:
Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written); Basic English is advantageous
Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification
1+ year experience in outbound sales or BPO call center
Target-driven, resilient, and adaptable to a high-pressure sales environment
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
