Job Description

This role involves engaging international customers via outbound calls to promote online trading and gaming platforms. The agent is expected to deliver compelling sales pitches, convert leads, and contribute to revenue goals while maintaining professional communication standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls to English-speaking international customers
-Promote platform features and benefits with clarity and confidence
-Record and track sales efforts via CRM tools

Person Specification:
-Fluent in spoken and written English (international accent preferred)
-Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification
-Experience in international telesales or BPO preferred (1+ year)
-Persuasive, confident, and able to handle objections tactfully
-Familiarity with CRM systems and sales metrics tracking
