Job Description
This role supports non-voice operations through accurate processing of system-based data. The agent will be responsible for data entry, verification, report generation, and routine administrative tasks for clients in the online trading and gaming sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
-Enter and update client information across internal systems
-Verify data accuracy and completeness as per SOPs
-Generate daily/weekly operational reports
-Support other teams with KYC, account updates, and back-end processes
-Maintain strict confidentiality and data security compliance
Person Specification:
-Minimum G.C.E. A/L (Commerce, IT, or Maths stream preferred)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and system dashboards
-Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work in structured processes
-Prior experience in data processing or administrative BPO roles is a plus
